I ordered a custom umbrella here as a surprise for my best friend — she's someone who loves beautiful, unique things and I wanted to give her something she'd never seen before. The design process was fun and easy. The seller was really helpful and responsive throughout. When the umbrella arrived I tested opening and closing it myself first and just... loved it. The handle is so beautiful it barely looks real. The fabric is thick and the frame is incredibly solid. I wrapped it up and gave it to her at her birthday dinner. She opened it and the entire table got quiet. Everyone wanted to know what it was. She's texted me almost every week since then with photos from strangers who've asked her about it on the street. I'm going to order one for myself now. Clearly.
