At Artisan Umbrellas, every umbrella and cane is handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail. Because each item is created individually — often on customer order — processing and shipping times may vary depending on availability and customization.

Processing Time

95% of orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours.

In rare cases, if a product does not pass the final quality inspection, it may take an additional 2–3 days to remake the item.

All umbrellas are fully handmade, crafted one at a time to ensure exceptional quality.
Shipping Methods
Express Worldwide Shipping — Included in All Prices
All published prices already include express international shipping.
Typical delivery time: 5–12 business days depending on your location.
Shipping Insurance
All shipments are fully insured against accidental damage or theft until delivery.
Once the package is marked as delivered, the insurance no longer applies.
Customs, Taxes & Duties

Prices include VAT for all shipments within the European Union.

For orders shipped to Switzerland, USA, UK, and Canada, taxes and duties are included only for orders of €400 or more.

For all other destinations, or orders under €400 — local duties, taxes, and import fees are not included, and must be paid by the customer directly to local customs authorities.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs inspections, import regulations, weather conditions, or force majeure.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Shipping Address Requirements
Please ensure the shipping address you provide at checkout is accurate and complete.
We highly recommend including a valid phone number, as it is often required by courier services for successful delivery and customs clearance.

In certain countries, additional delays may occur due to local regulations — these are outside our control.
Holiday Processing Delays
